Un jefe de la SIDE pidió garantías para declarar en el juicio a Beliz
El juicio al primer ministro de Justicia del Gobierno kirchnerista, Gustavo Beliz, por supuesta revelación de secretos de Estado empezó sin la comparecencia del principal de los testigos y causante del proceso, el director de Contrainteligencia de la Secretaría de Inteligencia (SI) Horacio Antonio “Jaime” Stiusso.
A su turno Beliz optó por negarse a prestar declaración indagatoria, aunque aclaró que, tal vez, podría hacerlo otro día según fuesen desarrollándose los testimonios del ex jefe de la SI y ex gobernador de Santa Cruz Sergio Acevedo y del ex director de Legajos de la Policía Federal, comisario inspector Eduardo Fernández.
Luego el juicio pasó a un cuarto intermedio hasta el jueves a la espera del testigo Acevedo, quien se ausento ayer por problemas con los vuelos.
