Ese año, el diario Crónica publicó que la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) denunció a uno de los accionistas de Nelly Entertaninment, Jorge Rodríguez, ex de Susana Giménez y actual de Verónica Lozano, por evasión fiscal.
