Uruguay: polémica por la decisión de Mujica de habilitar que se investiguen 88 crímenes durante la dictadura
La oposición reaccionó con duras críticas hacia la decisión del presidente José Mujica de habilitar la reapertura de unas 88 investigaciones sobre crímenes en la dictadura, a un mes del fracaso de un proyecto para anular una ley que evitó las investigaciones judiciales.
El senador blanco Jorge Larrañaga, de la Alianza Nacional, consideró que la decisión del Ejecutivo es “inconstitucional”. Explicó: “El Ejecutivo es el ejecutor de la ley de Caducidad y no puede haber una revocación al barrer”.
Y aseguró en ese sentido que hubiera sido distinta una discriminación “caso por caso (…), pero lo que se hizo se da de bruces contra la unanimidad de la doctrina jurídica de derecho público”. Es un verdadero despropósito que sigue burlándose de dos pronunciamientos populares”, agregó Pasquet.
