Volvieron a negarle la excarcelación a Zanola
La Cámara Federal porteña volvió a denegarle la excarcelación a Juan José Zanola, ex titular de la Obra Social Bancaria, procesado por la causa de la llamada “mafia de los medicamentos”.
No obstante, la Sala II de este tribunal volvió a reiterarle al juez federal Norberto Oyarbide, a cargo de esa causa, que actúen con “celeridad” y “llevando a cabo aquellas medidas concretas que impiden acceder a la soltura del imputado”.
La Cámara destacó que entre las pericias que se aguardan está el resultado de los peritajes sobre los troqueles incautados, sobre los medicamentos aportados por distintos pacientes, y los informes contables y técnicos dispuestos en torno a la OSBA y a la tramitación de expedientes APE.
