Preparación:
En una olla essen o en un disco haremos lo siguiente:
Base de aceite: colocamos los bagres en trozos sin cola y sin cabeza. Agregamos 1 capa de cebollas en aros, morrón, papa y zanahorias.
Se le agregan los condimentos y se vuelve a repetir la capa.
Al finalizar colocamos tomates triturados y se agrega un caldo de verdura y el vaso de vino blanco.
Cuando hace globitos ya está el chupin.
