Hoy Roxana cocinó para Radio 9 merluza con salsa blanca
Ingredientes:
1kilo de filet de merluza
Sal, pimienta a gusto
2 limones exprimidos
150 gramos de de jamón cocido o paleta
200 gramos de queso de máquina
Para la salsa:
1/2 litro de leche
2 cucharadas de maizena o harina
30gramos de manteca
1 cucharada de perejil picado
1/2 cucharada de mostaza optativo
Preparación:
Ponemos la leche, harina y manteca a cocinar hasta que le espece. Luego vamos a agregar sal, pimienta, nuez moscada, el perejil picado y la mostaza.
Luego en una fuente para horno colocamos los filets, los rociamos con jugo de limón y condimentamos.
Cubrimos con jamón y queso,rosiamos con salsa blanca y espolvoreamos con queso rallado y agregamos pedacitos de manteca y lo metemos al horno durante 20 minutos.
Se lo puede acompañar: papas con perejil.
